ABOUT US

Healing Nuggets began in the fall of 2024 in Jamestown New York by Health Professional Martha Tessier Olson. Martha’s health journey became a reality when, in 2004, she sustained a serious back and neck injury in which her C1, T4 and T5 were fractured. With much prayer, faith, & healthful living, Martha recovered, and now seeks to share with others how they, too can heal body, mind & spirit through lifestyle changes.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to empower every person with the knowledge of how to live a happy and fulfilled life. To accomplish this, we utilize our health message. This includes nutrition, exercise, water, sunshine, temperance, air, rest, and trust in God.
